Ipsen announced on 22 December 2025 an exclusive license agreement with Simcere Zaiming for global rights outside Greater China to SIM0613, an antibody-drug conjugate targeting leucine-rich repeat-containing 15 (LRRC15), a protein highly expressed on cancer-associated fibroblasts and multiple tumor types. Ipsen gains development, manufacturing and commercialization rights; Simcere Zaiming is eligible for up to USD 1.06 billion in upfront, development, regulatory and commercial milestones plus tiered royalties. The program is expected to enter Phase I in H2 2026.
