Alvotech and STADA extended their strategic alliance to cover AVT03, Alvotech's clinical-stage denosumab biosimilar candidate. Alvotech handles development and manufacturing in Reykjavik while STADA becomes marketing authorisation holder on approval, taking semi-exclusive commercial rights in Europe (incl. Switzerland and the UK) and exclusive rights in selected Central Asia and Middle East countries; in parallel STADA's adalimumab and ustekinumab biosimilar rights were extended to CIS countries and Alvotech regained AVT06 (aflibercept) commercial rights. Financial terms were not disclosed.
