Sanofi acquired Kadmon Holdings for approximately $1.9 billion ($9.50 per share) in an all-cash merger, gaining Rezurock (belumosudil), an FDA-approved first-in-class treatment for chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD), to strengthen its transplant portfolio.
