Regeneron in-licensed ex-Greater China rights to HS-20094, Hansoh Pharmaceutical's investigational weekly subcutaneous dual GLP-1/GIP receptor agonist, which is in Phase 3 development in China and has been studied in more than 1,000 patients. Hansoh receives an $80 million upfront payment and is eligible for up to $1.93 billion in development, regulatory and sales milestones plus a low double-digit royalty. The license became effective in July 2025.
