On June 3, 2026, CytomX Therapeutics announced an expansion of its strategic research collaboration with Regeneron to develop conditionally-activated bispecific antibody cancer therapies, combining CytomX's PROBODY tumor-localization (masking) technology with Regeneron's Veloci-Bi bispecific platform. The expansion was effected through Amendment No. 4 to the companies' November 16, 2022 Collaboration and License Agreement, signed May 29, 2026 and effective May 31, 2026, which extends the program-selection period and provides for the addition of up to eight additional collaboration programs. Regeneron nominated the first two additional programs, entitling CytomX to aggregate target nomination payments of $37.0 million; the remaining six programs are subject to Regeneron's nomination option and per-program fees. Across the expanded collaboration CytomX is eligible for up to approximately $4 billion in target nomination, preclinical, clinical, regulatory and commercial milestone payments, plus tiered royalties (unchanged by the amendment). Regeneron funds and leads preclinical and clinical development and commercialization; CytomX contributes discovery and its masking technology.
