Genentech (Roche Group) and Earendil Labs entered a research collaboration and license agreement to discover and develop bispecific antibodies for hard-to-treat cancers using Earendil's AI-driven antibody sequence generation platform. Earendil leads antibody discovery and research through early clinical development for programs directed at pre-agreed target combinations; Genentech assumes responsibility for subsequent global clinical development and commercialization. Genentech pays USD 55 million upfront with total potential consideration exceeding USD 1.5 billion in milestones, plus tiered royalties on net sales.
