Full analysis, sources & comparables →

Sobi and Innate Pharma entered a strategic partnership under which Sobi licenses lacutamab, an anti-KIR3DL2 monoclonal antibody, in T-cell lymphoma. Sobi pays Innate USD 75 million on closing, with up to a further USD 40 million in near-term development milestones tied to Sezary syndrome and up to USD 465 million linked to Sobi's option for full development rights plus future regulatory and commercial milestones, for a headline value of up to USD 580 million, alongside tiered double-digit royalties on net sales. Innate will run the TELLOMAK-3 confirmatory Phase 3 trial in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma supporting a planned accelerated approval filing in Sezary syndrome; Sobi receives exclusive global commercialization rights upon potential accelerated approval and may assume full global development rights after positive Phase 3 results.
