Servier and IDEAYA Biosciences entered an exclusive license agreement for darovasertib, a potent and selective protein kinase C inhibitor in development for primary and metastatic uveal melanoma. Servier obtains regulatory and commercial rights in all territories outside the United States; IDEAYA retains US rights. IDEAYA receives $210 million upfront and is eligible for up to $320 million in milestones plus double-digit royalties on net sales. The parties collaborate on development and share associated costs.
