Skyhawk Therapeutics and Genentech (Roche) entered a multi-target exclusive option and license agreement for small-molecule RNA splicing modifiers using Skyhawk's SkySTAR platform. Skyhawk received an undisclosed upfront and is eligible for milestone and royalty payments with biobucks potential of approximately $2B across targets. Genentech leads clinical development and commercialization.
