Roche and Nurix Therapeutics announced an exclusive global licensing and collaboration agreement to co-develop and co-commercialize bexobrutideg (NX-5948), an investigational oral BTK degrader, across malignant hematology, immunology and neurology. Nurix receives USD 700 million upfront and is eligible for development, regulatory and sales milestones totaling up to USD 2.3 billion. Development costs are shared 40% Nurix / 60% Roche; the parties split US commercialization profits and losses equally, and Roche commercializes outside the US with low- to high-teens royalties to Nurix. Closing is subject to Hart-Scott-Rodino clearance and was expected in Q3 2026.
