Roche expanded its longstanding ENHANZE collaboration with Halozyme to add an additional undisclosed therapeutic target. Halozyme received $30M upfront plus eligibility for up to $160M in development, regulatory and sales-based milestones plus tiered royalties. The expansion built on the original 2006 collaboration that produced subcutaneous Herceptin and MabThera/Rituxan formulations.
