Genentech (Roche) and Bicycle Therapeutics entered an exclusive strategic collaboration to discover, develop and commercialize Bicycle-based immuno-oncology therapies. Bicycle received $30M upfront with eligibility for up to ~$1.7B in milestones across multiple programs plus tiered royalties. Genentech selected initial two targets with options on additional targets via $10M expansion fees.
