Abpro and NJCTTQ entered a partnership to co-develop multiple novel bispecific T-cell engager antibodies in immuno-oncology using Abpro's DiversImmune platform. Abpro is eligible for up to $4B including $60M in near-term R&D funding plus milestones and royalties. NJCTTQ retained China/Thailand rights; Abpro retained ex-Greater China rights.
