Option-based TCE antibody discovery deal in GI/solid tumors
Full analysis, sources & comparables →On June 17, 2026, Jazz Pharmaceuticals and AbCellera announced a preclinical research collaboration, option and license agreement to discover and develop next-generation T-cell engaging (TCE) multispecific antibodies for multiple gastrointestinal cancers and other solid tumors. AbCellera receives $56 million upfront and is eligible for up to $792 million in option fees and milestones for each program Jazz options, plus royalties. The collaboration initially covers two research programs, with a third to start within 12 months and up to two additional programs possible. Jazz holds the exclusive option to develop and commercialize resulting antibodies.
