Genmab and Bolt entered an oncology R&D collaboration combining Genmab's antibody and bispecific platforms with Bolt's Boltbody ISAC technology. Bolt received $10M upfront plus a $15M equity investment and is eligible for up to $285M per program for up to three Genmab-developed candidates plus tiered royalties.
