Everest Medicines entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Corxel Pharmaceuticals to acquire the rights to develop, manufacture and commercialize VIZZ (LNZ100), an aceclidine ophthalmic solution 1.44% for presbyopia, in Greater China. Under the agreement Everest is assigned the rights and obligations of the LENZ Therapeutics license agreement Corxel entered in April 2022, together with certain ancillary agreements. VIZZ is the first and only FDA-approved aceclidine-based eye drop for presbyopia; the China NDA was submitted in September 2025 with approval anticipated in Q1 2027. Financial terms of the Everest-Corxel asset purchase were not disclosed.
