As part of Sangamo Therapeutics' Chapter 11 filing, Eli Lilly agreed to acquire Sangamo's AAV capsid delivery platform, zinc finger platform, modular integrase (MINT) platform, and the ST-506 prion disease program for $50 million plus assumption of certain liabilities. Lilly serves as the stalking-horse bidder under a Section 363 sale process subject to a court-supervised auction.
