Repertoire Immune Medicines announced on 29 January 2026 a strategic collaboration with Eli Lilly and Company to develop tolerizing therapies across multiple autoimmune diseases. Repertoire receives an US$85 million upfront payment and is eligible for up to an additional US$1.84 billion in development and commercial milestones, plus tiered royalties on net sales -- total potential consideration of approximately US$1.93 billion. The collaboration applies Repertoire's platform for decoding antigen-specific T-cell responses to design therapies that re-establish immune tolerance rather than broadly suppress immunity, an approach Lilly has been building toward across its immunology portfolio. It was Lilly's second immunology transaction of January 2026 and was announced the same day as its US$1.12 billion hearing-loss gene-editing collaboration with Seamless Therapeutics.
