OmniAb announced a global collaboration and license agreement with Eli Lilly for a new ion channel program. OmniAb receives an undisclosed upfront payment and is eligible for up to USD 370 million in research, development and commercial milestone payments plus tiered royalties on global net sales. The therapeutic target and modality are undisclosed; the collaboration leverages OmniAb's antibody discovery platform and ion channel screening expertise. Alongside the announcement OmniAb raised its 2026 year-end cash guidance to USD 49-53 million from USD 37-41 million, and OmniAb shares rose sharply on the news. Upfront value was not disclosed, so the USD 370 million figure is milestone-only biobucks.
