Eli Lilly entered an exclusive research collaboration with Kumquat Biosciences to discover and develop small-molecule immuno-oncology drugs. Kumquat received $70M (cash plus equity) upfront and is eligible for over $2B in preclinical, development and commercial milestones plus royalties on sales.
