Insilico Medicine and Eli Lilly entered a global R&D collaboration and exclusive worldwide license agreement. Lilly receives an exclusive worldwide license to develop, manufacture and commercialize novel oral therapeutics in preclinical development for certain indications, and the parties will collaborate on multiple R&D programs against Lilly-selected targets using Insilico's Pharma.AI platforms. Insilico is eligible for a $115M upfront payment plus development, regulatory and commercial milestones totaling approximately $2.75B, plus tiered royalties. Expands a relationship that began with a 2023 AI software licensing agreement.
