InnoCare Pharma entered a strategic research collaboration and license agreement with Eli Lilly under which InnoCare applies its proprietary drug discovery platform to discover and advance compounds against up to five targets addressing critical unmet medical needs. Lilly is responsible for subsequent development and commercialization. InnoCare receives up to USD 100 million in upfront and near-term payments plus up to approximately USD 3.25 billion in development and commercial milestones, for total potential value of roughly USD 3.35 billion, along with single-digit tiered royalties.
