BioArctic will generate the new drug candidate; Lilly assumes full responsibility for global development and commercialization. BioArctic receives USD 30 million upfront, is eligible for up to USD 770 million in milestones, and is entitled to tiered mid-single-digit royalties on future global sales. This is BioArctic's fourth partner collaboration using BrainTransporter.
