Repare Therapeutics granted Debiopharm International S.A. an exclusive worldwide license to develop, manufacture and commercialize lunresertib, a first-in-class PKMYT1 inhibitor. Repare receives a $10 million upfront payment and is eligible for up to $257 million in clinical, regulatory, commercial and sales milestones (including up to $5 million in near-term payments), plus single-digit royalties on global net sales. Debiopharm assumes sponsorship of the MYTHIC study and takes over existing and future lunresertib development activities.
