In Phase 1, SRSD107 produced peak FXI activity reductions above 93% and more than doubled aPTT with effect maintained up to six months post-dose. CRISPR Therapeutics paid $95 million upfront ($25 million cash plus $70 million in equity); the parties share SRSD107 costs and profits 50-50, with CRISPR Therapeutics leading U.S. commercialization and Sirius leading Greater China.
