METiS TechBio granted Boulevard Bio (a U.S. biotech backed by Deerfield Management) exclusive worldwide rights to develop, manufacture and commercialize MTS-128, a preclinical trispecific T-cell engager designed on METiS's NanoForge AI molecular-engineering platform. Boulevard pays $20 million upfront and up to $1.6 billion in development, regulatory and commercial milestones plus tiered royalties on sales. METiS reports the transaction is the largest disclosed preclinical trispecific TCE out-license on record.
