Boehringer Ingelheim launched a discovery collaboration with Immunai to identify novel T-cell targets across immuno-oncology and autoimmune disease. The parties will build a joint data foundation spanning cancer and autoimmune indications and apply Immunai's AMICA-OS single-cell AI platform and lab-based target validation to thousands of patient samples to find patterns of T-cell dysfunction that point to new drug targets. The program is valued at up to USD 15 million, runs through 2027 and can expand based on scientific progress. It is Immunai's third disclosed large-pharma pact of 2026 after Bristol Myers Squibb in January and an expanded AstraZeneca collaboration.
