BeOne takes Asia rights to four RAS(ON) inhibitors while both sides run combination studies

A regional rights agreement grants BeOne exclusive development and commercialization rights to four Revolution Medicines clinical-stage RAS(ON) inhibitors - daraxonrasib, elironrasib, zoldonrasib and RMC-5127 - across China, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam and other parts of Asia, a region covering roughly 2 billion people. A parallel clinical collaboration enables combination studies pairing BeOne's MTA-cooperative PRMT5 inhibitor BGB-58067 and its EGFR x MET x MET trispecific antibody BG-T187 with either daraxonrasib or zoldonrasib. Revolution Medicines is eligible for development and sales milestone payments plus tiered royalties on net sales in the partnered region; specific financial terms were not disclosed.
