BeOne takes Asia rights to four RAS(ON) inhibitors while both sides run combination studies

RAS mutations drive a large share of pancreatic, colorectal and non-small cell lung cancers, historically considered undruggable. Revolution Medicines' RAS(ON) tri-complex inhibitors target the active, GTP-bound state across multiple RAS alleles. The partnered territory spans China, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam and other parts of Asia, covering roughly 2 billion people.
