Valeant Pharmaceuticals (now Bausch Health) acquired AB Sanitas, a Lithuanian specialty/branded-generics maker with a Central and Eastern European footprint, for ~EUR314 million (~$442M) in cash, taking ~87.2% of shares; the deal expanded Valeant's emerging-markets branded-generics platform.
