On 2026-08-06 Actimed Therapeutics announced it had regained exclusive global rights to the anabolic-catabolic transforming agent S-oxprenolol from Faraday Pharmaceuticals. Under the original 2021 licence, Faraday held global rights to develop and commercialise S-oxprenolol for cancer cachexia and all indications outside ALS. Following the negotiated return, Actimed holds full worldwide development, manufacturing and commercialisation rights. Financial terms were not disclosed.
