Verastem Oncology exercised early its option under the August 2023 GenFleet Therapeutics collaboration to license VS-7375 (GFH375), an oral selective KRAS G12D dual ON/OFF inhibitor, taking development and commercialization rights outside mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. This was the first of three option-eligible programs under the RAS/MAPK-pathway collaboration to be exercised. Financial terms of the option exercise were not disclosed in the announcement. Verastem concurrently reported preliminary Phase 1 data from GenFleet's China study (26 patients across six dose cohorts, no dose-limiting toxicities), and guided to a U.S. IND filing in Q1 2025.
