UCB and Antengene entered a global exclusive license agreement for ATG-201, a CD19/CD3 bispecific T-cell engager that uses steric hindrance masking technology to deplete CD19-expressing B cells in B cell-driven autoimmune disease. UCB receives worldwide rights to develop, manufacture and commercialize the asset plus access to the associated manufacturing technology. Terms: $80 million in upfront and near-term consideration, eligibility for more than $1.1 billion in development and commercial milestones, and tiered royalties on net sales. Antengene planned to file clinical trial applications in China and Australia in Q1 2026 and to complete first-in-human Phase 1 studies in both jurisdictions before transferring further development to UCB.
