Amberstone Biosciences and Shanghai Henlius Biotech entered a collaboration and license agreement covering conditionally activated T-cell engagers for solid tumors. Amberstone applies its T-MATE (Tumor Microenvironment Activated ThErapeutics) platform to generate preclinical candidates against up to two targets selected by Henlius; Henlius leads subsequent research, development, manufacturing and commercialization worldwide.
