On February 3, 2025 Relmada Therapeutics entered an Asset Purchase Agreement with Sweden-based Asarina Pharma AB to acquire all right, title and interest in Sepranolone, a Phase 2b-ready neurosteroid in development for Tourette Syndrome and other compulsive disorders. The total purchase price is EUR 3,000,000, with EUR 2,756,000 payable within ten business days of the effective date after crediting a $250,000 payment made under an October 2024 exclusivity agreement. Relmada assumes only liabilities arising after the effective date.
