Radiance Biopharma entered an exclusive license agreement with CSPC Megalith Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group, for RB-164 (SYS6005), a clinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate targeting ROR-1. Radiance pays $15M upfront, up to $150M in development and regulatory milestones, and over $1B in potential commercial milestones, plus tiered royalties on annual net sales. Radiance receives exclusive commercialization rights in the US, Canada, the EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Australia; CSPC retains rights in all remaining markets.
