AlzeCure receives $12M upfront (including a $5M equity investment at a 30% premium to its 10-day average share price) and is eligible for more than $2.2B in milestones plus tiered single-digit to low double-digit royalties. ACD856 completed a Phase Ib study reported June 2026; Phase II in Alzheimer's is anticipated to start in 2026.
