Orion Corporation (Orion Pharma) and Qilu Pharma Europe, a Qilu Pharmaceutical subsidiary, agreed terms under which Orion gains the exclusive right to distribute, market and sell Qilu's intravenous pembrolizumab biosimilar QL2107 in Europe. Qilu supplies the product to Orion and is entitled to a share of Orion's profits plus certain development, regulatory and sales milestone payments; no aggregate deal value was disclosed. QL2107 is a biosimilar candidate referencing MSD's Keytruda. The agreement follows a September 2026 deal under which Qilu licensed US commercialization of QL2107 to InvaGen Pharmaceuticals, a Cipla subsidiary.
