On October 8, 2026 Biohaven Ltd. and Ono Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. entered an exclusive licensing and collaboration agreement granting Ono rights to develop and commercialize Biohaven's MoDE pan-IgG degrader portfolio in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and ASEAN countries. The licensed assets include BHV-1300, the lead extracellular IgG degrader in Phase 3 for Graves' disease, plus next-generation candidates BHV-1310 and BHV-1320. Ono will pay up to $100 million in upfront payments -- $80 million at signing and $20 million on a near-term milestone -- plus approximately 20% royalties on net sales in the territory. Biohaven retains rights in the United States, Europe and China. This is Biohaven's first regional partnership for its extracellular protein degrader platform.
