Sironax announced that Novartis exercised its exclusive option to acquire full global rights to Sironax' proprietary brain delivery platform, under an option and asset purchase agreement originally announced in July 2025. Novartis pays $125 million for the platform, which comprises engineered 'brain delivery modules' designed to transport monoclonal antibodies, peptides, proteins, gene therapies and other large molecules across the blood-brain barrier. Sironax retains rights to develop, manufacture and commercialize selected assets using the platform.
