Novartis and Orionis Biosciences expanded their relationship into a second multi-year strategic collaboration to discover and develop molecular glue medicines against challenging targets across multiple disease areas, announced June 10, 2026. Orionis receives $40 million upfront and is eligible for research, development and commercial milestones of up to $1.4 billion plus tiered royalties. Novartis leads development and commercialization of resulting candidates; specific targets are undisclosed.
