Merck KGaA secured worldwide in-licensing rights to xevinapant from Debiopharm, a first-in-class oral IAP antagonist in Phase III for high-risk LA SCCHN. Debiopharm received EUR 188M (~$225M) upfront plus up to EUR 710M (~$850M) in regulatory and commercial milestones, plus royalties.
