On September 3, 2026, Gan & Lee Pharmaceuticals licensed European rights to bofanglutide (GZR18), a GLP-1 receptor agonist dosed subcutaneously once every two weeks, to Italy's Menarini Group. The license covers 39 countries: the 27 EU member states plus the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and the Balkans. Gan & Lee receives EUR 62 million (approx.
