Lee's Pharmaceutical Limited / 1cBio, Inc.

2026 · Licensing/Option · $27M · Complete

On 9 September 2026, 1cBio, Inc. granted Lee's Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited exclusive rights to develop and commercialize OC-3, 1cBio's lead PARP1-selective inhibitor, in Greater China and certain Southeast Asian countries. 1cBio is eligible for an undisclosed upfront payment plus development and sales milestones totaling up to US$27 million, together with royalties on future net sales. OC-3 is in preclinical development and is designed to spare PARP2 at therapeutic exposures, which may reduce the hematologic toxicity associated with non-selective PARP inhibitors. Lee's Pharm will conduct GLP safety studies and manufacturing to support regulatory approval in its territories; 1cBio plans to file an IND with the FDA.

This deal is too recent to grade. Critic Score and Outcome Score are assigned after the announcement-week coverage settles and, for Outcome, after the 5-year post-close assessment window opens — expected 2031 at the earliest for this deal, once/if it closes.
