Apollomics granted LaunXP International rights to develop and commercialize vebreltinib, its c-Met inhibitor, in combination with an EGFR inhibitor in Asia excluding mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau, for NSCLC and other tumor types. Apollomics receives $10 million in upfront payments within 60 days of the agreement date, is eligible for up to $50 million in regulatory and pre-commercial milestones, and royalties on net sales. LaunXP is primarily responsible for development in its territory.
