Idorsia granted Jamjoom Pharma exclusive rights to distribute and commercialize QUVIVIQ (daridorexant), its dual orexin receptor antagonist for adults with insomnia, in Saudi Arabia and the Levant. Jamjoom will hold the Saudi marketing authorization and lead regulatory, distribution, promotion and commercialization across the territory. Idorsia receives an undisclosed upfront payment plus additional payments and royalties on net sales. This is Idorsia's second Middle East distribution agreement of 2026, following a March deal covering five Gulf states. Financial terms were not disclosed.
