On February 6, 2025 INmune Bio entered a license agreement with Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Foundation Trust for exclusive commercial use of the clinical trial data from the Mission EB study, which investigated CORDStrom in pediatric patients with recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa. INmune Bio already owns the intellectual property and manufacturing trade secrets covering CORDStrom and intends to use the licensed data to seek marketing authorization from the FDA, EMA and MHRA. Terms are GBP 250,000 upfront within 30 days of the effective date plus a single milestone payment of up to GBP 6,000,000.
