Incyte expanded its collaboration with Genesis Molecular AI to accelerate development of small-molecule drugs using Genesis's GEMS platform, with a $120 million payment ($80 million cash plus $40 million equity) plus ongoing research funding and up to $232 million in milestones per program across at least five new targets. The expanded pact extends a February 2025 partnership and grants Incyte exclusive rights to resulting products.
