Hologic signed a definitive agreement to acquire Reveal Genomics, a Barcelona-based genomic diagnostics company spun out of academic breast-cancer research, expanding Hologic's precision oncology testing menu. The lead asset is HER2DX, a genomic assay intended to guide therapy selection in HER2-positive breast cancer; it joins Hologic's existing Breast Cancer Index test in the diagnostic oncology portfolio. Financial terms were not disclosed. Completion is subject to Spanish regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions.
