HUTCHMED (China) Limited granted a subsidiary of GSK plc an exclusive development and license agreement for HMPL-A830, covering worldwide rights excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. GSK pays US$110 million upfront with development, regulatory and commercial milestones taking the total to up to US$1.295 billion, plus royalties on net sales. HMPL-A830 is a first-in-class Antibody-Targeted Therapy Conjugate (ATTC) pairing a selective KRAS small-molecule inhibitor payload with an anti-EGFR antibody. HUTCHMED oversees global Phase 1 development, expected to begin in the second half of 2026, with GSK leading global development thereafter. Initial clinical focus is colorectal, pancreatic and lung cancer.
