Chugai Pharmaceutical granted GSK an exclusive worldwide license to develop, manufacture and commercialize AID351, an anti-dengue virus antibody intended for management of flavivirus infections including dengue fever. GSK assumes responsibility for clinical development, including Phase I, and for manufacturing. Chugai is eligible for royalties on future product sales and a share of any sublicensing income. Financial terms were not disclosed. The license follows a January 2025 collaboration agreement between the two companies; the antibody originated from A*STAR Singapore Immunology Network and the National University of Singapore and was advanced by Chugai Pharmabody Research.
